Frequently asked questions

Which countries do you work with?
Priority destinations are China, India and the UAE; we also ship to other countries on request. The delivery scheme is tailored to your destination port.
Which Incoterms are available?
FOB, CIF and CFR — the term and port are agreed around your request. The available range depends on the product.
How is lot quality controlled?
Every lot comes with a quality certificate; on request we arrange an independent inspection at the port of loading (SGS or equivalent).
What are the minimum volumes?
They depend on the product and destination: for grains and oilseeds this is typically container or bulk shipments. State your volume in the request and we will propose the optimal scheme.
Who prepares the documents?
We do: phytosanitary, quality and origin certificates, transport and customs documents. You receive the complete package with the cargo.
